LITERALLYAs I said before, if XRE was $15.75 instead of 14.70 and every canadian reit was 10% higher, you couldnt mak the case based on AFFO multiples and NAV that they were "overvalued"

not sure how much interest expense is going to axe that FFO this year or two, but if its manageable, this should not be happening
