REITS- BEAR TO BULL MARKET

REITS- BEAR TO BULL MARKETThe REIT sector entered a bear market lets say right around when the hikes began May 2022 which has lasted a bit over 2 years.

Therefore, it seems reasonable to conclude with the CUTTING cycle here and around the world, we can start entering a 2 year bull run and recoup those losses.

Since the central banks will be slow to cut at first,  the biggest gains should come in summer 2025-2026, but the uptrend should start now nonetheless.

If inflation does  not drastically cool by 2025 everywhere, then suffice it to say, is that even the right "tool" to use?
