SURPRISED OR NOT?I made this argument before, imagine you had ZERO reit exposure, didnt like the sector much like TJ, lots of cash and profits in nasdaq and money market funds.

Not you see that BOC may potentially ease bigger than expected Im hearing 100bp this year and in 2025.

And you're getting the entire canadian reit sector some names at or below covid lows, historically cheap multiples, and much higher  yields.  Nice sitting bargain for that rotation, as they have not even modestly inched up

Seems suspicious..

maybe extra torque when the states bond yields fall more
