YIELDS

YIELDSDespite all the talk about recession etc etc, bad canadian economy

If rates, or long bond yields are moving down, and reit yields are moving up- thats problematic.

For starters, any company cannot terminate a lease wihtout a termination fee, and alex avery has been buying a lot of PMZ, so clearly they are not seeing first hand a wave of bankruptcies about to hit

therefore I conclude this reit sell off is BS, the shorts going to work, going to try to flush a lot of hands and take their shares cheap.   Probably in the fall to xmas there will be a very good rally but its just a question of how low does that rally start off of

wouldnt be surprised if we have one more june CPI swoon, sleepy joe isnt getting oil /gas cheap enough
