YIELDSWith 0.25 BOC cut and perhaps lets say long bond yields like 10 year also declined 25bp,
with reit sell off past 8 days, or even past 2 months, lets say the average REIT yield moved up 25-50bp with the higher end being the ones that sold off more.
effectively, there's a a 50-75bp juicier alternative in reits than GICS or bonds...
yet theyre still being dumped
make it make sense
