The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Had to laugh at yet another TJ special

So I have posted numerous times that for vairous reasons I think it will be near the end of '25 before reits make their recovery. To which TJ quickly replied:

TJ says "You have no clue what's going on DZ. End of 25 BS"

Hmmmm and yet in another one of his masterpieces he points out:

"A recession could take reits lower and hit trough levels in 2025"

So when I say it, it's just BS but you then you get sudden amnesia and echo what I said, then it's all good is it TJ? Just another example of your very own BS. Can't wait to hear you twist this again and tell another lie. Batting 100 dude, keep going, I can bring up more if you wish. And just to be clear no I am not flattered when you repeat what I had already said. Next.
