I hope you were not right at the cost of your health man.

I'm happy that Artis has not participated in the flush. A true testament imho to the fundamental viability of what Samir is doing by selling assets at attractive valuations and buying back units, prefs and heavily discounted equity in other REITs (Dream Office).

hope the flush is over. But as u know... a risk manager never assumes the best case scenario. We silently wish for it, while preparing for the worst.

I can't imagine where your head is at given the past 2 weeks. take care of yourself.
