The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

the 30k e prefs are a wonderful suprise. And as someone who watches the e prefs closely... I must admit the 17.35 price tag is a very impressive price.

I bought more preferred, but I paid a bit more than 17:35..........  ouch, but all good
