PRV

PRVPrv is a reit that performed very well this year and got upgrades. Well above it's Oct 2023 low. 

It was observed by a guy on stockhouse that a short seller showed up everyday and shorted it hard.  If you look at the chart it looks like the bottom came off.  Similar with riocan. 

I would say there's something suspicious going on and only me and scrooge have our detective hat on  trying to figure it out 

This has never happened
