I would love a fundamental bear case and a detailed outline of every risk...

but to just spread nonsensical negativity about something you own (Gary) makes no sense...

and to not have a short or long position (TJ) and to go out of your way and spread negativity about something you have no stake in, also makes zero sense to me.

I don't get it.

Hey Frankie, you look at it as negativity whereas I look at it as spreading the truth.

I gain satisfaction in fighting a bullboard that is predominantly one sided. My bearish case has been presented many times before and if you had listened to me last year you would have faired much better in a money market fund compared to holding the bag on Reits. Do you remember  in the H&R forum that I said it was too early to get excited over Reits? Was I not right about that call? At least have the balls and call a spade a spade.

There is little value in sharing an opinion that is mostly confirmation bias of a bullish thesis. We can't all be cheerleaders and maybe just maybe you might learn something from someone else.

If I'm wrong and reits go up from here I will publicly
acknowledge my mistake. Until then, you should at least admit that I've been right up until now.
