I don’t get it

I don't get why people go out of their way to spread negativity...

I would love a fundamental bear case and a detailed outline of every risk...

but to just spread nonsensical negativity about something you own (Gary) makes no sense...

and to not have a short or long position (TJ) and to go out of your way and spread negativity about something you have no stake in, also makes zero sense to me.

I don't get it.

I have had enough of this guy already..   just trying to sound smart on a very easy trend following Berish case.  I have made great money trading these Reits.  And knowing even if I have to hold them, I will do good in the next year.
