artis public securitiesI cant comprehend how manjis is betting on d and fcr when they offer a "lower yield" > debt price, and have to rely on capital gains with it being difficult to sell the stake in public markets.

I would think he should have chose BTB and PRV....get a 8.5-10% dividend, better for AFFO, with an additional 25-35% in upside, alternatively, he could legitimately try to buy these "small caps" out for a couple hundred M and bring all the assets into artis somehow

seemed like a more reasonable appraoch to his public reit betting
