Ouch!

Well didn't see that coming! Not sure what is causing this drop today other than perhaps a larger holder is exiting and not enough buyers there to catch us. Or more likely, because I just added to the position not long ago!! I guess we sit back and enjoy the yeild until we resume move back up. Lets see if we can't garner a bit of strength before the close.

Well Armin Martens bought another 10,000 shares at $8.90 so that bodes well. Sept. 10th I believe.

No doubt. If anyone can know and see value in their company it would have to be the pres and ceo. Yes it does bode well. I maintain we are a fair bit undervalued here. Not entirely sure how long it takes to recapture our highs but I still maintain we hit $11.00 by year end, which is a fairly aggressive move up. Friday was quadruple witching day so there was lots of movement in portfolios. Almost every REIT was in the red although the drop in AX.UN was a bit more pronounced. GLTA

That's more of a U.S. oriented trading situation that likely wouldn't have affected us as much. I am somewhat doubtful there are/were any sizable U.S. institutions selling in and out of Artis, so not too sure it directly impacted us. Just watching the markets continued sell off here on Monday, in particular the banks due to allegations in Europe. Not too fun to watch given I have added ...more
