Crazy man

This isn't specific to artis but even HR and other REITS, where they get on CC every quarter "we did amazing, we increased NAV another $2!", then you see no insiders buy at 40% off, now 60% off.  Im beginning to think they just do that to make themselves look good.

I would really like to see REITs selling more assets even if it is below NAV. Use the money to buy back more shares.

Yes, as long as the SP to NAV spread is 30%+ it seems worthwhile

It's entirely possible that they have no further liquidity to do this, just like the rest of us ;).
