If the NCIB is on hold.....which would be weird cause the minnesota industrial assets were supposed to close end of march.
Then we need to wait 7 weeks. Manji's plan, lay another egg with bad Q1, a declining AFFO get a $6.xx handle then go back to buying.
Historic destruction of shareholder value. HISTORIC.

Not sure why you would say 7 weeks when it is 4 1/2 weeks to Q1 release, and always look forward to a price significantly lower than the current price if you are not short and trying to discourage positive sentiment on Artis. Shareholder value is only eliminated if you sell to the lucky shorts trying to cover, rather than wait for the unit price to recover.
