The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:MONDAY WE SHOULD FIND OUTNot sure  why you would say 7 weeks when it is 4 1/2 weeks to Q1 release, and always look forward to a price significantly lower than the current price if you are not short and trying to discourage positive sentiment on Artis. Shareholder value is only eliminated if you sell to the lucky shorts trying to cover, rather than wait for the unit price to recover.
