Well the interesting thing is, they of course would know if they are nearing closing of sales or even better that they are close to renewing financing. If either is the case I would imagine they would go in guns blazing otherwise may be tepid. Not sure of securities restrictions on purchases if either are nearing completion but all things being equal, if we were getting close to something
