Good eanrings and a poor analyst report that contradicts itself by referencing debt maturities to only follow up with the fact all held for sale properties expected to be sold by Q3, by little Jimmy who dosnt even have his CFA yet... and I'm supposed to flinch? Send it lower little Jimmy - my bids are waiting.

jimmy shan's report on artis before the cut was nonsense to begin with. very poor research. we have an rbc account and i barely look at their sellside writeups because they are so poor, for reits and also oil and gas.
