On pace for a big volume day. I think shorts are feeling nervous in REITS about now....gotta pay the big yield and at decade lows. TIME FOR THEM TO COVER....OR BU RN!

artis is now the most shorted canadian reit. seems sysmetatic rather than tactical. or a hedge on a debenture?? i really don't understand why they'd be short this. look at tnt.un, had very little short interest even preceding the distribution cut which was fairly predictable. shorted dream office also seems very dumb at this point given the sib and cooper's intention to make something ...more
