NOTHING BURGER

Even if Samir turns up a nothing burger here, I assume he needs to sell a bold new vision of the future of artis that does not involve public securities ..as he'll be very lucky to break even on fcr or d let alone realize outsized gains or take over.

Waiting for lower rates is one thing but planning for a organic growth and investor friendlyasset mix is important as well.  I assume he'll leave the review ongoing until the private market can transact what he wants to get done,  even if it goes into next year.

I think it highly unlikely he totally serves up a "nothing burger". Something, clearly needs to be done, its just to what extent he/ they go and IF it will be enough for the market in the nearer term. Essentially boils down to if they are in short or long term mode.
