Bond yields are down, crude diving 3%....US equities up, and these reits cant continue the upward momentum.  How can you win?

think guys are selling office reits on the wework headlines. an opportunity to buy today. all i care about is interest rates which are going down. the rest of the pain is short term. if we get thru this with distribution cuts the sector recovers and ultimately thrives. look at ere.un today, on the CC noted they were selling their worst least rentable properties "substantially" above ...more
