Non farm vs Household survey

The bifurcated US economy. 

The NFP indicates the US added 272k jobs while the Household survey is saying the US lost ~ 407k. 

The unemployment rate uses the Household data.

part time job gains for both USA and Canada, full time jobs down; public sector jobs up, private sector jobs down, I'm not sure why the headlines are that those are good job reports today, they look pretty bad to me
