QUESTION FOR THE BULLS

Outside generic statements like reits are at 5 or 10 year lows,  if US CPI is slowing at a trickle and Powell not even confident they can deliver ONE cut this year,  how r these trds going to find their footing and rally
 

Seems bleak or need a dovish fed...ie fire Powell

SnakeyBoy, I bought the shares you capitulated on when Artis fell to $5.60 earlier this year. Next up is your boy Toronto Jay who is going to be forced to cover. The patient money is going to be the last one to laugh Snakeyboy. Mr. Manji is cooking a big surprise for Q2. Brace yourself and cover your shorts, kids.
