You old smoothie! (Don't shoot) but I have been hoping for a bit of a pull back to enter some other positions. Market is due but generally doesn't want to when everyone is looking for it. I have to reduce cash position here in the next while, been trying. I had a fairly large (non reit) buy in today that just missed, will see what tomorrow holds. I think we will find out soon enough about Dream Office.  Cooper had an interview a couple weeks ago implying a transaction may be finalized within 60 days at the time of the interview. and if you mean the dream office investment at the Artis level - I really like it - simply because it is deeeeeep value... I'm sure Samir would love to buy the entire thing for this price.
