If you only own artis reit, then my posts are perhaps over your head. But to me it looks very suspicious with some nice easing going on in canada, hopefully mcklenn stays the course.
5% GICs to 4% and now REIT yields across the board are jumping as well
wheres the rotation
I dont think any reit other than artis is even remotely going to reduce dividend if they havent already
