Im not confused as to why the "sector" is under pressure, I am confused as to how the US reit etf is up past 2 days while canadian reits are still getting spanked and consistently underperforming on a 1 month and 1 year timeline.

land is worth more here due to our housing crisis

plus rates are going to go lower here

MAKES NO SENSE

HEDGE FUNDS ARE SHORTING US LIKE CRAZY
