Guys man, like my head is about to explode here. REITS going down every day non stop, and inflation rate keeps ticking back up. When has this ever happened man, in the past 40 years. Lots of people said when rates were low that if rates went up more than 3% including the US 10 year things would unravel fast, yet here we are.
