Please go back to your desk and do more home work, this is not worthy of someone of your caliber!
I am an easy going and go with the flow type person, I am very open minded, very accepting in terms of the various point of views that's been presented to me culturally and otherwise, met my fair share of stupid people in my career yet always tried to treat them with respect and dignity. So I am not sure what your end goal is exactly but please try to contribute to this board in a more constructive way.
