RE: QZ18-044, Alexco Keno Hill Mining Corp., Water Licence Renewal for a Quartz Mining Undertaking
The Yukon Water Board has concluded deliberations regarding this water licence application and before finalizing this licence I would like to invite you to participate in a technical edit of this draft licence.
The purpose of this technical edit is to identify possible technical, clerical and typographical errors, or phrasing that may be unclear or subject to misinterpretation. The technical edit also provides an opportunity to ensure adherence to legislative requirements. It is important to note that the Board has reached decisions on the substantive issues, and the technical edit is not intended to be an opportunity to revisit positions that have already been argued, or to introduce new issues. The draft reasons for decision are provided for reference purposes only, please do not provide comment on this document.
Submissions received as a result of the technical edit will be considered before the Chairperson approves the licence, provided the submissions do not exceed the parameters of a technical edit, that they are received by the deadline, and that they include a clear indication that a copy of the submission has been sent to all parties.
Important: Comments must be submitted as a separate document. Do not provide your comments within the body of the draft licence. Any comments within the body of the draft licence will not be considered.
