 Increasing target on higher estimates. Our F2015 EBITDA forecast is 11% higher on France execution and lower incremental Bell Facility Fees. Our $3.30/share target price (up 10%) = 6.4x EV/EBITDA on our F2015 estimates. ..Cantor also raised estimates and has $4.50 target
