RE:How about a final dividend?

You have the option to sell at any time and put the purchase price to work elsewhere. I took my stake off the table at $4.20...not sure why anyone would have elected to hold on for a few pennies.

From an AXANF perspective......

The C$4.25 purchase price equals only US$3.30 (or thereabouts). As an AXANF shareholder it seems way too cheap. My dreams of (eventually) selling at 5 bucks a share are soon to be dashed.

RE:RE:RE:So is Axia going private? Should we hang on to our shares?

I elected not to wait for the deal to get approved...sold my entire stake today at $4.20. I think there is only a very slim chance it won't go through. It's not like there is or ever has been ...more

love the deal, the 52 week high. you have to go back to 2006-2007 or thereabouts to find a higher price and not sure if any r/s happen along the way too.....going way back this thing was about $10-$20 ...more

RE:Euro conversion rate

agreed this is a very undervalued story, Covage alone could be worth greater than the market cap of the company..

Euro conversion rate

The organic growth of Covage plus the favorable Euro conversion rate could mean things get very interesting (in a good way) for Axia in 2016.
