Or sell, do you think it will go down from here, or stay where it is?

The deal will probably be approved, but I don't think it is all that generous. This stock traded higher not too long ago, the business has only gotten better since then. Yesterday's share price doesn't reflect the value, neither does the going private offer.

love the deal, the 52 week high. you have to go back to 2006-2007 or thereabouts to find a higher price and not sure if any r/s happen along the way too.....going way back this thing was about $10-$20. that according to bigcharts website. cheers, dave.

"Not that long ago" meaning before the '08 crash?  That's 8 years ago bub.  Take the money and run if you were in anytime after then or before the spike in '07.  Even in '06 they traded at sub-$3. Congrats to all that were owners of this, wishing I had a stake in this one.

I elected not to wait for the deal to get approved...sold my entire stake today at $4.20. I think there is only a very slim chance it won't go through. It's not like there is or ever has been a lineup of suitors at the door, and management and other insiders have already pledged 22 percent of the outstanding shares to the deal.
