The current regime is quite favorable to Banro. However by clinging to power beyond his mandate Kabila may be paving the way for increasing chaos. I don't know enough about DRC to gage the ...more

It is very unfortunate that there is a resumption of the rebel fighting around Namoya. Banro wisely shut down Namoya and evacuated most staff and mobile equipment. It sounds like a couple of dozen ...more

The stock is up 17% off it's 52 week low last week, which is a welcome stop of the bleeding. Volume is also much lower, which suggests that most who wanted to get out at any price have done so ...more
