RE:RE:Deemed disposition by INSIDER from 26.66% to 19.39%I've read the DEEMED DISPOSITION release , I have trouble understanding all the text ...read it a few times ...if I am not mistaken it can be and is used as anti-takeover , 15 million shares hidden away ? If someone smarter would like to school me if I have it wrong....going to read the release again
