RE: RE: Preferred Shares decreaseIt makes no sense to me either. Most of the BAM.pr are down 20%. Could it mean they are going to suspend dividend payment? Or is it that some shareholders got margin calls and the pr.shares have little liquidity? I paid $15.75 for my PR.K(before they were bought by BAM). When i bought them i didn't know much about PR shares. I didn't even know they were ''redeemable''.I guess i still don't know much lol. I sold 2 third of them around $23. Now what happened in the last month is puzzling to me. Last week i found an article about pr shares and got to learn about ''distressed'' preferred shares.
