(They sold a $3 billion patent portfolio for $600 million, and the buyer is collecting the revenue currently and the deal is not closed, so by dragging it out these patents pay for themselves as the revenue generated is over $150 million now, and this takes from the EPS, creating more negative guidance,)..... And if anyone stares any truth about the corruption internally here, they are called down, bagholders, and made feel this was a bad investment.....
