Competition and Market Share

Competition and Market ShareThe software work around that RIM came up with will definatly bring back some of the share price but according to Canadian Business RIM now has 5 or 6 other competitors in the field of mobile email. Thus this ridiculous court battle with NTP has hurt RIM's market share. (The U.S. should not have a say in how a company from another country works or what they develop anyway, but who is going to stop them. The WTO, UN, Canadian government. I think not. All 3 of those groups are too weak to say anything. Sorry but as I find this court case by NTP nothing but absurd I had to insert my own two cents. The court battle American Capitalist Imperialism at its best.) As such it may take a while for the share price to go back where it was (If it goes there at all) Palm, Microsoft and Nokia are the 3 largest players now marching forward in the field of mobile email. With any luck NTP will take all of these newer companies to court too.
