a few points to consider

a few points to consider

As  I  had mentioned in an earlier post   PALM   bounced  back  8  fold off its low and was taken  out. The  BB10  looks way  more promising than  PALM  PRE  was.

Also    the smartphone industry   now is  way  more lucrative and growing bigger every year.  The market cap of the titans  is massive,     in the case of apple    8 times what  it was   6 years ago.     The market caps of Samsung, Apple, Google and Microsoft are well  over  1.5  trillion.  If Rim BB10  lives up to its promise  it can  sell about 50  to 60  million  of these  phones,  well beyond the  paltry 18  m in the forecast.    i  am   forecasting   over  one quarter of  exisitng  BB  subscribers will  get the new  BB10.  Then  look  for  Prem Watsa  to  use his considerable acumen  to lever RIM  huge to the business  elites in India.  Even   my own personal freinds   in Waterloo  who abandoned      RIM  last year are sick of Apple  and  will try the bb10. Even  a few     I  know  who were apple diehards  saw  the  sneak peek    of the BB  10  and say they will   go fori t because of its coolness  and  uber security features.  Imagine  RIM   grabbing market share   and being the smartphone of choice among  career criminals alone   ,  all over the world!!!!!

Yes it has   had a big pop  off the low,  but   many people will sell at a  double and forget where this stock was  18  months ago  or three years ago. This   operating system  has the  POTENTIAL  to take  RIM  back  to  number  one world  wide ,yes that right.  So   sell at a double if u must, I  think BB  10  will  take a serious run at both Apple and  Android  and RIM  has the potential  to be at   between  40  and 50  dollars in 2013.

The other buzz is that  the operating system  has   the stuff to  be licensed    exclusively in medical devices,  advanced robotics,  and  aeronautic  and defense applications. EVERY  one of these sectors is at  52 week highs,  imagine  the royalties  from licensing to big pharma,  big defense and big  manufacturing.

Everyone is thinking small  and looking at the bounce off  the insane low  and not looking at   how a few points of  market cap  stolen  from the big guys can lead toa  multi  bagger. Then add the licensing  of the  operating system  and  ucan see that this can return  RIM  to greatness in a single shot. I   am  long  long long and  will not be wrong wrong wrong.
