The Company’s core secure software and services offerings are its Cylance cybersecurity and BlackBerry unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions, collectively known as BlackBerry Spark. Its Cylance cybersecurity solutions include CylanceENDPOINT, an integrated endpoint security solution that leverages the Cylance AI model and OneAlert EDR console. The BlackBerry UEM Suite includes the Company’s BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Dynamics and BlackBerry Workspaces solutions.

when will RIMM delist from nasdaq

instead of closing at sub $11.00 if rim was only listed on the tsx closing price would of been around $15.00 that cost rim and its shareholders ....209 million throw in listing fees on nasdaq say 20 million and rimm is faced with a quarter billion boondoggle for staying and playing on Nasdaq...please delist from nasdaq for the sake of the company and shareholders
