Major shorters and media

Major shorters and media

I read an article a few days ago, which said that large investment funds that have shorted a company have some influence with media tq do negative articles to help drive the share price down. I am trying to remember were i seen it, anyway I don't like to believe that but sometimes I feel that there maybe some merit in that. Some even state that the Z10 is not even up to Apple4s standards.

I see a positive shift in sentiment from sales people at various outlets, especially Future Shop were some were saying, stay away from BlackBerry six months ago. I here them say that the operating system is so snappy.

BlackBerry does not need to outsell Apple or Samsung to be profitable, they need to get their sales to where they were before and then increase from there.  I have.two PlayBook and I think they are quite good. I think they they should have still made them available till they came out with a new model if they are still going to be in the tablet business.

I am happy for the changes that have happened at BlackBerry this last year. After the last few years it is a welcome change.  Best wishes to all longs
