RE: Short selling = manipulator the only time I can remember they stopped short selling was the last crash and the US came out and said that thier was a halt on short selling the financias. Funny eh that they felt it was a bad thing to short when it was going against them.. Also remember that week one co. I cant remember which one but no one had any bids in and the SP traded down like 90% but they took back the trades cause it would have killed the share price.
