Its Cylance cybersecurity solutions include CylanceENDPOINT, an integrated endpoint security solution that leverages the Cylance AI model and OneAlert EDR console. The BlackBerry UEM Suite includes the Company’s BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Dynamics and BlackBerry Workspaces solutions.

The Company wants to sell out for 2.1$B (excluded cash of $2.6B)

In F2013, just only the services, software and other (excluding devices) Revenue was over $4.4B

So give the Hardware business away for only costs (maybe to FB)
and everything else

So now we have a company with a $4B revenue annually selling for only $2B.

Don't make sense

However, in the meantime the stock is selling off because the HFTs are in full swing.
The margin players are being slaughtered
Guess all the crooks want their piece
