  2. Heins kills effort to work with carriers, handset makers in china to launch BB10 secure operating system
  3. Heins states 10's of millions of Q10's will be sold
  4. Heins release Z10 after 5 straight failed touch screen launches instead of Q10
  5. Blackberry falsifies sales by sandbagging inventory channel
  6. Heins receives 55M golden parachute at shareholders meeting
  7. Short interest high at the Toronto stock exchange where Barbara Stymiest ruled. Exchange known for illegal shorting
  8. BB announces strategic alternatives as opposed to going about it quietly killing consumer and enterprise sales
  9. No transparency from the company going forward leading to even more uncertainty
  10. Watts resigns form the board with full knowledge of what's going on
  11. BB warns at Friday at 3PM panicking sellers who liquidate in 10 minutes
  12. Watsa makes an offer the following Monday at 1 dollars over the low of the panicked sale....shares jump to 65 cents to 8.72 1 minute before Friday closes showing inside knowledge on the Toronto stock exchange of the Monday bid
  13. Heins and Blackberry go dark
  14. BBM launch which would have added value to the shares is killed
  15. Mike Lazaridis who killed BBM 2.0 with Heins is now said to be part of deal
  16. BES uptake now rumored to be slow due to uncertainty of Blackberry's future
  
  Why has Blackberry not talked about some of the positives future...QNX....which will deliver smart car experience going forward in all cars (read the blue prints of the car manufacturers). Why is BBM killed and why isn't 2.0 being brought back. The carriers want it including AT&T. Why not sale leaseback the property to raise 3B in cash and start over. Why not move forward with negotiations with Carriers and handset makers in China....why not discuss openly the future value of the Certicom patents....

    Not once has the board suggested changing management as a solution to their problems. There should be resignations by now but nobody seems to want to leave. Are they all hiding something? What is there that they don't want new management to see? Makes you wonder what they are really up to.

    Because these criminals want to rob sahreholders... =i will make sure they burn in hell and that too while they live on this earth. They are criminals. Blackberry should get an entirely different board, new management team.

      I do not think it is a civil litigation issue. I believe this is a criminal issue. this thing looks like it even had a business plan attached
