RE:9 dollars priceI am in a similiar situation but not as big a loss.  I am kicking myself for not selling at 18 or 15.  I also do not like this deal, however, if we vote no then the stock may tank to 5 or 6 and the pain would get even worse.  Perhaps if the vote goes NO and the board resigns or is fired that should spark the share price.  I am very certain that had the board tried selling the company in parts they would have gotten over $15 for shareholders.

I have a friend that works for Google and he says that if Blackberry did a separate IPO for just BBM it would be worth more than 5 Biillion alone.
I am sure that even the Enterprise business could be worth another 5 billion to a company like IBM or Microsoft.
