My spouse and I both have z30's and her sister now has one. All it took was a demonstration and she loved it (she traded up from an iphone 5s).
If people complain about their phones - Make sure to tell them and show them all the cool features on your Blackberry 10 phones. People are usually shocked at how great they are. Be a salesperson and share your experience with them.
I hope Staples gets them back into stock - I now have a cousin who is very interested in getting the Blackberry z30 at under $300 CDN.
