RE:RE:Trump names Rudy Giuliani as cybersecurity adviserI was drawing this up weeks ago. When Giuliani decided to pull his name from the Sec of State position I was initially concerned that Trump and he might have had some sort of falling out.
When Giuliani Partners signed a deal with BlackBerry I got very excited and told my wife that this could mean much much more than it appeared.
Cybersecurity is the big discussion happening now. Whether it's Russia hacking the DNC and possibly the RNC, or whether China hacked the US gov and stole 25 million person's identity and info, or whether it's Iran or N.Korea; the fact remains that the news is all about cybersecurity and how ill prepared the US is to protect itself and combat it.
BlackBerry has all the solutions needed to help protect the US.
Giuliani is advising Trump.
Let's hope that BlackBerry bids and is awarded some BIG government contracts. Maybe DTEK 50's and 60's and the "Mercury" devices will be part of the solution as well as more AdHoc and BES12 servers (plus all the other goodies).
Maybe Trump goes a step further and mandates that ALL corporations must have riggerous solutions in place to defend against future cyber attacks? What kind of business would BlackBerry earn if that happened?! LOTS!!
Fingers crossed that BlackBerry wins the lions share of contracts with the Trump administration, we all know that BlackBerry has the best security from top to bottom. BlackBerry is the only company that can provide top to bottom mobile security (dhardware plus BES12 servers).
If BlackBerry wins a contact to supply the US government with DTEK50,60 and 70's (mercury), how many devices would that be? Government workers won't complain about the lack of apps, and the price tag is very reasonable compared to itoys and samfires.
