The Company’s core secure software and services offerings are its Cylance cybersecurity and BlackBerry unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions, collectively known as BlackBerry Spark. Its Cylance cybersecurity solutions include CylanceENDPOINT, an integrated endpoint security solution that leverages the Cylance AI model and OneAlert EDR console. The BlackBerry UEM Suite includes the Company’s BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Dynamics and BlackBerry Workspaces solutions.

Let this be a lesson to other tech companies - Don't steal/use BlackBerry's intellectual property without paying for it; otherwise BlackBerry will sue you and will make your financial headache turn into a migraine.

I just hope that when BlackBerry wins this lawsuit, Avaya has the money to pay us!
