The IoT business consists of BlackBerry Technology Solutions (BTS) and BlackBerry IVY. The Licensing and Other segment consists primarily of the Company’s patent licensing business. The Company’s core secure software and services offerings are its Cylance cybersecurity and BlackBerry unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions, collectively known as BlackBerry Spark. Its Cylance cybersecurity solutions include CylanceENDPOINT, an integrated endpoint security solution that leverages the Cylance AI model and OneAlert EDR console. The BlackBerry UEM Suite includes the Company’s BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Dynamics and BlackBerry Workspaces solutions.

Takeover vs go it alone?

As a shareholder I think all of us would take a 50 percent premium over today's SP and move on. However if autonomous driving, cyber security, and IOT are three of the next big things along with AI, does this company have a lot more upside? I would think so!
