If BB hits 32 and stays there for 10 days then he will recieve 5mio + 3mio = 8mio shares and the market value of that will be 256mio

he gets 1mio each when stock is at 16, 17,18,19 and 20. And then he gets 90mio when stock is at 30 which implies 3mio stocks
