Facebook used the Blackberry Messenger application for many years without a license. This application was used for Whatsapp, Instagram and FB.... Now Meta, though the settlement was hidden from retail investors, under a NDA.... And this win happened right when the meme run happened in Jan 2021.... Con Chen during this time went public stating he had no idea why the SP increased, yet he was awarded his PSU bonus of an additional 3 million shares.... The meme run up lasted just long enough for him to get this "Bonus".... And after that, what took place? During trading hours, institutions shut down the ability to buy the stock, only selling was allowed... And that is why the SP dropped immediately, people could not place buy orders, only selling... No halt on the stock.... The SP tanked as they manipulated it from this angle to wipe out the margin traders...
